1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns once products have been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged products during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
